45 MINUTE CLASSES

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL to ensure there is a space available and the room is set up appropriately.

We have a 12 hour CANCELLATION POLICY to ensure the instructor has ample to time to inform people on the waitlist that a space has become available. Cancellations made after the 12 hour period will result in the class being forfeited. Please email/message for unavoidable late cancellations.

Classes will be cancelled one hour prior to their commencement if we do not have a booking.
